Process that's customized based on your needs.

Each company and project has a unique set of goals and objectives they're trying to hit. Given the nuances each project might have, it's not practical to approach them with a rigid process or "one size fits all" approach. That's why we approach each project with a customized framework we call DRIVE.

Here's what to expect when you work with us.

Step 1

Discovery

The first thing we'll do is get to know you and your business. We want to get a better understanding of your product and service offerings, how you communicate with your customers and/or clients, and everything you've done so far with your technology and marketing.

We'll also discuss your goals and objectives for the project, company strengths and weaknesses, business opportunities and threats, and how we should measure success.

Step 2

Research

Once we have a good understanding of your company and business, we'll start looking into your business and target markets a bit more. We'll identify new and existing competitors and put together a plan on how we can execute on your project to win against them.

Also, expect a lot of conversations to happen during this phase. We look at each project as an opportunity to partner with you to make something great, and that only happens if we keep our conversations on a two-way street.

Step 3

Ideate

This is where the fun begins! We'll start putting together mockups and designs, building the framework for any touchpoints we're hitting (such as website, landing pages, digital marketing, etc.), and testing out what works and what doesn't. We'll also identify ways we can align anything net-new with what you've put together in the past.

There also might be points where we need to have hard conversations about your existing touchpoints. If there's potentially better ways we can execute on your existing strategies, we want to partner with you to discuss options.

Step 4

Validate

We're nearing the end of your project! At this point we should have a good view into how everything new we're putting together will fit into your existing business and digital marketing. We'll discuss if adjustments need to be made to the plan, if we need to add or remove any deliverables, or if there's emerging opportunities we can capitalize on.

This part of the process has a tendency to bounce around to previous steps. We might find ourselves needing to conduct more research, ideate a little bit more, or align on new and emerging market opportunities.

maintenance
Step 5

Execute

Now we can put your plan and new designs/content into action. We'll finish up any new websites, landing pages, content, and digital marketing plans and have them go live. At this point it'll become crucial to leverage analytics and other tools to measure success and how new pages and content are performing for your business.

Usually this is the point where the client and designer/developer part ways. However, it doesn't always have to be a long goodbye. We're always available to jump back in and support with future projects and needs.

Next Steps

We go into every project with the goal of a partnership or ongoing relationship with the client. We know that our success is based on our client's success, and it's usually a marathon when it comes to finding success online and within digital marketing.

Some businesses find themselves in a position where it's hard to maintain their digital presence once it's been built up. In those cases, we offer a couple different options for keeping everything fresh and up-to-date.
